this is a great little thermometer and gives a reading in seconds.there is only 1 button on the unit, simply press to turn on then slip the reading sensor under your toung, unit will beep and then speak temperature.it comes talking in German but is easy to Switch Languageswith the unit on, press the power button and hold for 8 seconds, until number 06 (German) appears.then single press to scroll through languages.01 is English.could have done with a small pouch to keep it in to help keep it clean.

Audio- So very simple to use and what with my wifes failing eyesight and this being audio it is just what we needed -she can take her temperature without my help.
