I really liked the case it came in, however, the eyes are not separated by size. The project called for 9 mm eyes, so I had to make my best guess. But over all, I really like product. Also the backs to the eyes and noses are stored separately. Not ideal in a home where there are young children. I make a lot of stuffies and dolls, so this is just perfect! I have every eye and nose I need.

Nice quality and easy to use

I have been crocheting for several years and recently decided to venture into making these little stuffed friends for my kids. Since this was a new type of project for me, I didn’t want to invest a lot of money into trying it out, but thought these eyes would be a cute addition to them. My very honest thoughts of these eyes/noses:Pros-There is a nice variety of eye colors and nose shapes. They are easy to use and the backs were easy to match up and slide on. Everything was in-tact, I didn’t receive any destroyed or heavily damaged pieces in the set. They come in a plastic craft storage box for permanent storage and worked out pretty well for what I needed. I’m glad to have an inexpensive set to test out a new type of project with.Cons-The quality is not great. Many of the eyes were off center, some of them were not even the same size diameter and it didn’t appear this was done on purpose as there was not a matching pair of the same size. I found myself digging through trying to find a “nice enough” matching pair. Some of them had imperfections and tiny notches out of them, just general poor quality. This part may be my mistake, but the eyes were also smaller than I expected they would be. I actually used the black round noses as eyes on the monkey project, they just looked nicer. My other main complaint, and again perhaps I am not familiar enough with safety eyes, but the backs that go on these did not seem very secure. I tightened one more than I would have liked and was fairly easily able to just pull it back loose- that makes me think if you pulled one of the eyes with a little force that back would pop off, kind of seems to defeat the purpose of a “safety” eye.... while I would probably tend to stitch the eyes for small children, I feel like I should say I would definitely not use these if I were going to use safety eyes. The backs were in non-resealable plastic bags and would have been nice if they could have been in the box with the other parts or at least resealable. Despite the negatives I am not dissatisfied with my purchase, just keep in mind what you need them for when purchasing.

I needed to replace the eyes and note on a teddy bear. After looking at several sets I settled on this one. It has a variety of colors and sizes. Great value. Had no issues at all. And bear looks like new .

This set of safety eyes and nose has a good variety of eye colors. Cute pink nose’s as well as black nose’s. They are good quality.

If you are a crafter, you know that safety eyes can really add a lot of character to your creations. These eyes are no exception. There are a wide variety of eyes in different colors and sizes. There are also a wide variety of safety noses that are meant to depict different animals you may choose to create. The problem I had with this variety pack is that some of them did not have the right size back to make them actual safety eyes. The ones that did have the correct backs were great and locked very tight. I was very pleased with those. It just made me sad that I could not use some of the others because they just did not lock in place properly. I think I would choose a different pack next time so that I could take advantage of all of hte pices rather than just being able to use some of them!
