As a solo hiker, it brings me piece of mind without adding discomfort. It's super light.Further, if I empty it (through occasional recommended tests or with an attacker), I can replace the can for only $1 - for life! And, even if I don't empty it, I can replace it every two years for only $1. Lots of piece of mind here!

I purchased this for when I go running. It works great. The features on the strap are good and useful. I haven't had to use the spray in a real situation, but I have practiced and the spray comes out and can be sprayed very quickly. I bought the small size and have wondered if I should have bought a large. My wrist is 6" (about 15cm") around and the small fits very tight. It took a bit to get used to the fit, but it certainly stays in place. The excess velcro rubs on my clothes when I run and snags them because I can't get the other end of the strap up over it. It only covers about half. That's why I thought a large would be better. It is also thick and gets very hot to wear, especially when running. However, the strap can be wrapped around bag straps, bike handle bars, etc. to be handy when backpacking, hiking, cycling, etc. so it doesn't have to be worn on your wrist all the time.

I gave this for a gift since one of my coworkers likes to run early in the morning as it provides safety for her.

Great idea, bought large. Runs on the small side. I can't imagine a man could wear.

I'm in the process of running every single street in my city. This takes me down some slightly sketchy areas, so I was looking for protection from aggressive dogs or people IF that were to ever be necessary. This product is a great way to keep pepper spray at the ready and out of the way when I don't need it (most of the time). I usually forget I'm wearing it. But I did test the "draw" capabilities with an identical training canister of water and the draw was quick and easy. So, this product is great for providing confidence alone. I hope I never have to use the spray, but I feel confident that I'll be able to easily if needed.

I am a truck driver that pulls over and jogs everyday. Some days I end up jogging in some neighborhoods that I’m not real comfortable in. I’m still really careful but this product does at least give me a little confidence that I can protect myself if need be. I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and what I like is it fits snug , doesn’t weigh much, and it’s easy to get to if I were to ever need it. After one week with it I also bought my wife one.

I wear this walking my dog alone in the woods. I am not sure how well the pepper spray works and whether it would just piss someone off but at least it is something. I feel good about using it for mean loose dogs as well if that ever happenedI am 5’5 and thin so you can see how big it is on my wrist, it is winter now so it will stick out a lot in the summer
