Works great and was easy to put together. If I needed to purchase another one, I would definitely purchase this one again. Has a nice deep bucket for holding clips and tensioner.

Plastic strapping comes in several standard core sizes although this one was not a match for the core that I had on hand, On the other hand, I was able to reverse the spool halves and make an adapter by using a hole saw. When I order new strapping, i will be sure to get the right core size...

As you can see the rollers don't even go all the way to the left. When you run the strapping thru it the feeding wheel the wheel is not the full width so it allows the strapping to the side and then off the rollers. At that point you can't get it back. The overall mechanism does not move to go with the unspooling. It does not really move at all. Perhaps there is a fix but it wasn't covered in the instructions or on the website.Also it arrived with a big dent on the tool box which wasn't a big deal since it is for the warehouse. .Sadly I'm not going to hassle with the return. I'll deal with it as is. Need it for a ton of work and can't handle the process and wait for a corrected one. If that is even possible. I'm pretty sure this is a design issue. I hope the company proves me wrong and offers up some "how to" help.For now I'm "Just saying" it isn't worth the extra for their nonworking braking system upgrade

item was sent used. bag with hardware torn up, with nuts, bolts, and washers all over the box, with some clearly missing. parts of the item have visible signs of having been used or at least assembled. no instructions inside.
