Inexpensive, very basic but works!
This is a very basic cycling speedometer, but is so easy to install and simply works that I ended up buying two! I also bought another for my wife's bicycle. All I wanted was something inexpensive that clearly showed speed, distance and the time, without being too fancy, and on this fits the bill. One bonus is that they include spare cable ties so in case you make a mistake during the install or need to install it twice if replacing the bike then it should be no problem. My only slight issue is that the instructions were not entirely clear in the diagrams, and can look confusing at first, however it really is quite simple. Also, it does not completely turn off, with the clock staying on when the bicycle is out of action and I kind of wish it did turn off completely to save on batteries. However, not a big problem!

Ok but could be better
The computer works ok. The installation was easy but not really explained in the poorly translated manual. The trip distance is only displayed to 0.5km, therefore it's not very accurate, but something better if you want more accurate distance recording.

Not recommended
This is my third bike computer in 24 years. The first one (Specalized) lasted 17 years and the second (Sigma) lasted seven. This one didn't last two bike rides. I should know by now you get what you pay for and, being retired and with cycling being an enjoyable recreation for me rather than a serious sport, I thought this cheap computer would do the job. Sadly, it didn't.First off, delivery was speedy and the box looked good. That was pretty much the end of the good news, however. The instructions were very poorly translated from Chinese, to the extent that at times they were quite difficult to follow. However, with care, it's possible to carry out the installation using the instructions.A magnet fixes to one of the spokes on the front wheel and a sensor is attached to your left front fork. Both the magnet and the sensor are quite chunky and much bigger than my previous ones. I also didn't like that the sensor attached to the fork only by cable ties. I prefer an old fashioned nut and bolt or certainly something more solid than a cable tie. Likewise, the mounting bracket for the computer uses cable ties, which means it's not that tightly held on your handlebars.Got it working ok, though the calibration of the clock, wheel size and so on was extremely counter-intuitive and tedious. Had a quick spin round the block and all appeared to be working fine, though I noticed there was a bit of a lag behind real time, so when you slow down or stop suddenly, it takes a second or two to catch up. So you can stop and the device still shows you going at 12 mph or whatever until it catches up.A few days later and I'm out for a run when I notice the computer doesn't seem to be working any more. I couldn't get it to work again so left it till I got home. Once I'd re-positioned the magnet and sensor it started working again.A week later I'm out for another run. Just gone a couple of hundred metres when I noticed the computer was not sitting square on its bracket. Stopped to fix it and found that the of the two flanges at either side that it slides under to secure, one had completely snapped off, meaning that the computer could not be fixed firmly. I tried it with just one but the first bump I went over the computer flew off onto some grass nearby. I may be able to make a temporary fix using blu-tack or whatever, but I have to conclude this product is not one I can recommend, for all the above reasons. Save your money and get something better!

This is a good piece of equipment for the price
This is a good piece of equipment for the price. All fitted well, took me about 30 minutes. A little bit fiddley but after doing all the settings it works well on the road. Saved my about £30 if I had got a Cateye one. I am a fussy bloke and hard to please but I am happy with is so far and will get one for me other bike.I previously gave 1 star because the package came in a horrible state but they refunded the postage. I have changed the rating from 1 to 5 star because the actual devise is very good, and cheap!!

Great value piece of kit
I only wanted to know speed and distance. Great value. Easy to set up. And is 95%+accurate. I done a 80km ride and it said 77km

Unreliable
I'm one of those people who don't want to know all kinds of obscure details when I'm cycling, such as how many calories I'm burning or what my heart rate is, I just like to have a few basic stats such as how fast I'm travelling, how many miles I've travelled on a ride, what my average speed is. So, I was after a cheap, simple cycle computer, and initially this seemed to fit the bill well. It was very easy to install and get running, and it worked fine for a few months. However, it's now started randomly adding extra distances onto rides. I guess for this price I could just throw it away and buy another, but still, it's annoying.
