Great straightening
Great straightener takes a little getting used to but the results are brilliant, just make sure the comb part is at the bottom when using as it will pull your hair .

AMAZING!!You won’t ever want to go back to dry flat irons.
Im not one to leave reviews but this certainly deserves a good one.I have done so much research on what ones I wanted and I have read pretty much every review of the GHD platinum and Dyson but decided I wanted to try these as the reviews were amazing. The Steampod claims to not damage your hair nearly as much as typical flat iron ones. I have the babyliss diamond and try to use a heat of 180 but end up having to go up to 200+ to get a sleek look which ends up bad for my hair.Today I tried my new Steampod 3.0 and couldn’t believe how straight and sleek they made my hair with only one length. They are easy to use , smooth, solid and left my hair feeling so soft and sleek without even having to add any finishing products. I definitely won’t be going back to flat dry irons and am looking forward to my hair being in such better condition. Thank you L’Oréal

Unbelievably Fabulous
I am 56yrs old have red, naturally frizzy dry hair. That said, when I use straighteners I have to go over and over again with my normal steam straighteners and I found without a doubt that the steam helped lessen the damage on my hair. I purchased the Loreal straighteners not believing they could be any better, I mean, how can they cost £230 OH MY GOODNESS ......Im speechless they are quick, light easy to use, and the results after one glide...GLIDE through my hair and the results are so smooth so shiny almost looks like a wig....in a good way a very good way. Why didnt I see these before took me 10 minutes to straightener my hair, normally twice that time, and the curls were so so very good. I was able to run my fingers through the curls afterwards and they bounced back. Also my hair wasnt hot...weirdly ....Normally its too hot to touch but on 180 they are just magic, so very happy very very happy Thank you xxxx

Great straighteners - delighted
These straighteners are amazing 🙂. I had been looking at them for quite a while and when they came up with a good reduction on prime day I bought them I have not been disappointed even though they are expensive. They replaced some old ( very good ) GHD ones. The difference is the speed I can do my shoulder length Bob, the lovely texture left after using and it seems to last a few days which is amazing. I don’t have the fluffy look that sometimes happened in damp weather with previous ones. Overall an expensive item but the shiny hair I have that is very straight is worth it🙂

It’s amazing but not like Aw-maaaaazing
Benefits for me are I no longer have to blow dry my hair. I leave it free to frizz away to its hearts content, then when it’s (fully) dry, I give it a brush and use the steampod. The results are great, it gives an amazing salon finish and my hair goes from frizz to soft and silky. What’s important is it stays that way for a day and almost two afterwards.Only downfall for me would be price, I bought a warehouse damaged product and the price was significantly lower because of cosmetic damaging to the box and the box was repackaged. The product itself remains perfect so I highly recommend purchasing used condition of this item if it’s Sold By and Dispatch By Amazon. It’s quite heavy and awkward and big (all not great qualities for travelling) but I’ll still be making room - let’s put it that way :)4/5 from me

Expensive, but worth the hype
I love this hair tool. It straightens and waves very easily and leaves my hair feeling/looking great. It’s easy to use and I love the comb and steam in it, makes curling (more of a wave / wide curl) very easy. I’m not usually able to curl with hair straighteners, not even my ghd’s.This is probably my favourite tool for my hair which is naturally fine and curly/frizzy.Expensive, but worth having :)

Very Disappointed
I was so excited to be getting these, so was really disappointed when I got them and tried them out. Firstly I had to buy the correct water as I didn’t want to ruin them with tap water. Once I had this I turned them on and gave them ago. My first reaction was there didn’t appear to be any steam, even on the hottest setting. My second thought was the comb was awful and kept pulling my hair out even though my hair is straight, was combed and is fine and easily brushed ie not knotty. I took the comb off and continued, hoping it would improve. It didn’t. I gave up and went back to my GHD straighteners that are 12 years old and far superior to these ones. I returned them to Amazon for a refund as I could not justify paying so much for such a poor performing item. I wish they had been brilliant, but the ones I received weren’t.

It’s very good
My favourite straighteners are Cloud Nine which I think are even better than GHDs. My hairdresser used the professional version of the steam pod and there was a significant difference. The difference is because of the steam rather than the plates. The quality of the product itself isn’t amazing. But the steam makes a difference to the feel of the hair, as well as preventing frizzy hair. Now, when you live in a country with high moisture like UK, anything anti frizz is really valuable. I also have platinum white hair which gets dry and brittle and I have found that this straightener helps make it about 20% softer than my usual straighteners.Overall I don’t feel the product itself is worth the money I paid for it, and I feel I’ve paid for the innovative technology rather than the actual quality of the plates and the product which is plasticky and it’s not as robust as a high end straightener. Also the amount of steam released is a LOT LESS than the professional version so the results are not as good as the salon one.
