Ceylon cinnamon is also known as ‘true cinnamon’. I like cinnamon in my coffee. I always used the store bought cinnamon powder in the past until I learned that there're actually different types of cinnamon. I decided to try out these Ceylon cinnamon sticks and I think I like them better. I steep a stick in my coffee for several minutes to get the flavor out. I re-use the stick multiple times before throwing it away. The flavor is more subtle than the cinnamon powder I used before. I recommend them.
