Tomcat Titan Rodent Bait Station | Commercial Grade Pest Control | Run Traps and Bait in Tandem | No Additional Securing Required

This TomCat bait station is the exact same as the EVO Protecta, but is less money and ships faster. I just paid $550 to an exterminator for two of the EVO bait station and bait blocks and pellets he spread around. I could have purchased all this myself off of Amazon for $150.00 and done it myself. The bait bocks for the bait station need to be made with peanut butter or the vermin won’t touch it. I ended up replacing the bait blocks the exterminator used with peanut putter flavor blocks I bought off Amazon. After two weeks the bait blocks the exterminator used had not been touched. The great thing about the Tomcat bait station is if you don’t have luck with the bait blocks, you can buy a Tomcat or,Victor snap trap that goes inside the bait station and bait it with real peanut butter. The Tomcat also comes with one key and one bypass key, so you can leave it in the bait trap and open it without the key. The exterminator never left me a key for the two EVO bait boxes; as he was going to charge me to come out and refill the bait blocks. Because the Tomcat uses the same key, I as the EVO I can now do it myself and see if the Voles are even eating the bait blocks, and try different flavors .i can’t say hw effective the bait boxes are, since they have nothing to do with killing Voles. It is the bait you put inside that you have to get them to eat. As I mentioned, the advantage of the Tomcat is that you can always put in a spring trap if you can’t find a bait that the Voles will eat.

This Top Cat Bait Station is superior to other bait stations. I have owned several bait stations in the past 10 years. I am a home owner and I use my bait stations around the perimeter of my house. What I like most about this bait station is it has a concreate base to anchor it in place so racoons can not through it around to shake the poison out of the station. Many times in the past I would find my bait stations moved and flipped upside down and the poison shaken out and the bait rods removed and lost. This bait station by Top Cat holds the block bait on 4 vertical rods which can hold a total of 8 bait blocks. The bait station is big enough inside to accommodate a large rat.The first night using the station a racoon tried to move and shake the poison out of it. The racoon was not successful both nights. the bait station was only moved several inches from the fence and the racoon gave up trying to remove the bait.I liked the bait station so much that I ordered another one recently, I will no longer worry about wasted bait on racoons and looking for my bait stations somewhere in the back yard.Pay a little more for a bait station that will save you money and keep your poison contained where it should be for the designated rat population and not worry about other non targeted animals eating the poison.Highly recommend this bait station to anyone it also is also made of commercial grade heavy duty plastic.

You will need to initially pry open the box by inserting small screwdriver into key holes to get lid open. inside is plastic bag with rods, keys, and key bypass inserts. no instructions. once you set up the baits in the vertical bars you close the lid and it locks. to open you use the key. if you want to allow opening without key you push the two inserts unto the key receiving port one from each end of port, so they clasp each other. these inserts now are attached to the station and become the key that always stays with station. nice option to have if there is no possibility of children. i bought because it has the internal block for weight so it does not move due to wind.

Absolutely stupid product I have ever dealt. No instructions to use it and keys inside. Stay away from this... I don't understand if the lack of instructions is to prevent rats from reading it.

Good professional grade product. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because one side of top can possibly become detached over time. A large rubber band can hold it shut if that happens.

Be alert. Bait boxes ship WITHOUT KEYS. Without keys, you have no way of getting into the box to set bait. So, unless you get keys (available from Amazon as an extra order, of course) you are left with a pair of very heavy doorstops. These are professional grade bait boxes, very stable since they come with their own brick (that's an assumption since the keys I ordered have not arrived so I can't get in to see). They look like they'll last a lifetime (mine, not the rodents), and the critters will not be able to move them. The boxes are great; the lack of keys is not. Would have rated the box higher were it not for the extra hassle they caused. UPDATE: Keys are locked inside the box. No instructions telling you this, so you are on your own as far as getting the box open (picking the lock or picking up a key off Amazon) and making it usable for its intended purpose. In my opinion, the person responsible for this crime against sanity and logic should not be held in high regard in the industry.

Went out to check my stations today and all were completely eaten. One had a dead rat inside, so brace yourself when you open them.
