I am vegetarian and struggle with pills, so these easy to take chewable/dissolvable tablets are great! They taste good and work well for me. Helped with vitamin D Deficiency!
I have had a vitamin D deficiency for a while now. I have trouble swallowing large pills, so had been using gummies to try to help and it wasn’t working.
