Fast service and excellent support
There was an initial hiccup, but this was dealt with very quickly and to my fullest satisfaction. The product is even better than the specification in the ad.

Mixed…
When the product first arrived everything was working well. However within two months, the Magic Keyboard with numeric pad started malfunctioning. The Seller was quick to replace the keyboard with a standard Magic Keyboard which has since also stated to malfunction. I have been told to return the item so that it can be checked but this has left me without a keyboard which is not acceptable. Just hoping that the apple Mac itself does not start giving problems. Really starting to feel that it would have been just worth paying the extra to get brand new. This seller unfortunately has not inspired me with any confidence which is a shame.

Almost great
But sadly I had to return it. My product had a faulty lightning port and a task bar that would not disappear on shut down. Sometimes it did and sometimes not. This caused it to reboot very slowly. Other than that I think it was ok.

The computer is in excellent condition is very clean with only 1 little mark on it.It works like it should it is very fast and is very reliable would highly recommended it.
