Excited to take measures for better heath This product is lower price than some of the others and had way better reviews very happy with this product. I will continue to purchase it.The only thing that is extremely confusing is how many to take a day I see people saying a lot of different things that you’re supposed to only take one per 10 pounds other people saying you only take five per day maximum so that that’s about what I’m doing right now five per day????
