Great for post op

I have a job where I am on my feet all day and am currently pregnant. By the end of the day my feet and ankles are so swollen and sometimes painful. These are so nice to apply when I get home from work and put my feet help. Immediately helps with pain and swelling and comes with a nice storage bag to keep in the freezer. Great price! Thanks for saving my feet!!!

I've had these for about 2 weeks now. The double pack came and works as intended. I think the design of it could be a bit more ergonomic, but overall it gets the job done. The only thing I don't like is I feel the materials heat up too quickly to you have about 30-40 minutes to have nice, icy cold packs for the area affected (for me, it's tendinitis in both my ankles).One thing to note are the plethora of complaints that the product breaks open after only 1-2 uses. There are instructions specifically mentioning that if you leave the ice packs in for more than 2 hours to let them thaw out and soften a bit before attempting to use. Mine still work great.

I have bought several of these and use them every day. They always fail in the same way after a couple of months of use, and I start finding little cold squishy bubbles all over my house. On the clear plastic side, at the ends of the heat seal the plastic opens up so there are quite a few places where this can happen. If both sides were made of the 'fabric' rather than plastic it would be a much better product. The first time, I threw it out, but then I realized I could patch with duct tape. Still, once it breaks, it keeps happening in different places and you might only get another month or so of use after many applications of tape. Otherwise I love this. The contour, the velcro, it's so easy to use. So much better than frozen peas or the flat gel pack (too wide and too short) that you have to strap on with an ace bandage.

I’m on my third set of these. They only last 4-5 uses before leaking out all of the beads. I’ve given them 3 chances, and now I’ll search for something new.

These were so easy to use. They chilled nicely and they were malleable to bend around my ankle after my surgery. They come with a strap, so you have to play around to make it work right/not be so tight. My biggest issue with these is that I am 4 weeks post surgery, and the plastic seals keeping the little beads (these are what freeze) in their compartments has started to break. The last time I used it, I lost a bunch of the little beads on my floor, which I had to get my kids to pick up before my dogs got to them. Its now sitting in the trash. :(

I recently developed a bone spur in my heel. I needed to ice it on a regular basis and was finding that putting ice in a ziploc always caused a mess and was hard to keep it on the heel. A friend recommended something like this so I went to find one on Amazon. These are filled with a gel and have a felt side that you can put against your skin. The gel freezes well and lasts for a good 20 minutes of ice on a spot. Strapping them on is easy and they stay in place.

Very effective. Have used mine for over a year now. Very versatile for other parts of bidy also
