Stopped carpenter bees completely.
I bought this product to prevent carpenter bees from destroying a wooden landscape bridge. It has been 100% effective. Please use this outside as the fumes are strong when you’re painting and for several days after. I wore a mask and I’m glad I did.

Application and coverage.
I like the product. I applied to some landscape rail road ties that were rough and very weathered. I applied with a bristle brush, and also a small electric sprayer. The sprayer coats better and easier than the brush. Dries to a flat black. Looks good, but uses a lot of product.

Quality product
Easy to roll on. Got 2 coats on all sides of trailer deck. Haven't used new deck yet. Couldn't find the product locally. Ground shipment was satisfactory.

False advertising
Advertised as a gallon, when it arrives, the can says it's only .88 gallon

Protect your wood!
As a builder since the early 2000s I started to notice that the “treated” lumber I was using rather quickly gave way to rot and bug dinners galore. I needed a solid defense against constant repairs of deck cavities due to such inconsistencies. I get it less chemicals are better. But having not to redo decks every 1-2 years even better
