I love the sense of craft of the real ceramic base and wood components. However, it does not hold many napkins. Also, the pressure from the wood ball is too much such that it’s impossible to pull just one napkin out with one hand / the whole stack moves when you pull the top one. You have to lift the ball up and then take a napkin.

Very beautiful however, the wooden part is extremely flimsy… It came broken and I can see how easily the other side is going to break

Product arrived with the metal bar somewhat tarnished. Cannot return b/c seller makes it difficult. Not satisfied for the hearty price of this napkin holder.

This is a classy upgrade to the average napkin holder. It is modern with a quality white ceramic base and a very stylish bamboo ball holder. My only complaint is that the holder is loose and needs to be held in place when pulling out a napkin, otherwise the whole pile of napkins will come out. Its about style over function. But It is easy to adjust how you pull out the napkins once you are aware of the problem, so not a deal breaker.

Returned this item as it was more expensive than worth. Also didn’t like how flimsy it felt.

Beautiful design and came as pictured, but the wood handle split after one use. The second day after opening the package. I was disappointed after paying the extra cost for this one compared to other cheaper options.
