First off, I love the smell of this product! I put it on when I go on walks with my dogs to enhance my sweat. Sweat is what makes you lose the weight! It melts right into the skin and is an overall easy product to work with!

Bought this because the Loma Hot Gel that we had been using, which worked fabulously, was no longer available. Based on the reviews, I figured this would be fine.I honestly don't feel much difference with or without the gel.I use correctly and even add a thermal layer but sweat far more with the Loma.I apply liberally (as instructed), wrap with plastic wrap to keep it from rubbing off on my clothes, and then use a neoprene waist trimmer belt on top of that. Loma had be heating up immediately after the plastic wrap and had me dripping after 10 minutes. This stuff took 30 minutes to even feel like it was doing something and after an hour of pretty intense working, I was not impressed.I MISS LOMAWould not personally buy again but everyone is different - it may work better for you

Wow!!! This is so amazing! I use this daily during my workout with a sauna sweat belt and I drop sweat (which is exactly what I want!) I have extremely sensitive skin, so I was so afraid to try this. Before I put it on my stomach and thighs for the first time I put a good amount of the inner part of my wrists and waited 20 minutes to see if I would have a reaction, thank god I didn’t! I use it every single day! It has never broken me out! Which is saying a lot because my skin is so so sensitive! I will be honest, it does itch a little when it starts to work (I’m just glad it doesn’t burn or burn my skin so a little itch I can take! That also fades away after a few minutes!) I appreciate that this works and isn’t hard on my skin! I also love that being a oil based it doesn’t make your skin raw and dry! I don’t even have to wear a tank top under my sauna belt because it’s so moisturizing.

I do not recommend this cream if you want to lose abs fat.The texture is awful, you are not going to sweat as described in this article, even working out I did not see any results after 1 month using this cream and no one drop of sweat.The only good thing about this product, it is the smell. But of course, I did not buy this cream because of the smell.

Oh man will this turn up the heat and really make you sweat. I've used a couple products like this but the main difference noticing this one is you do not have to use a sweat belt also. Most ones highly recommend using with sweat belt and ill say for those if you don't you really won't see a difference. With this one I've yet to use and type of belt or vest and ill say im drenched by then end of my workout. Can't say much as to how much it helps with weight loss as I've also changed my eating and workout habits for the better, but I can say after a good run on the treadmill, coming off dripping of sweat I feel amazing. I did notice some of my lighter clothes had a little staining still after coming out of the wash but after using some good quality stain remover and rewashing it cleared right up.

This product is amazing! First thing I noticed when I applied this on my belly was the instant burn 🔥 and that's a good thing. I use this to work out and I can feel the heat burning my fat cells...I've lost 10 pounds along with eating healthy and drinking water. This does work wonders. This doesn't compare to the sweet sweat I've bought in the past! Let me tell you! It's the best product by far and I usually don't buy out of my comfort zone... So glad that did. Thank you! I am one happy customer! Will be buying soon again!
