This cannot replace a non stick kadai as food sticks to its bottom while cooking. But the feeling that it is healthier when compared to the non stick kadai makes me feel better.Very easy to clean though you will find food particles stuck to the bottom after cooking. To sum up, I am happy with the purchase.

Flat base
It has a flat bottom of 13cm in 26cm kadhai.If you looking for round base then it is not the correct product.Steel is best for cookware but sticky and takes extra oil than the non stick cookware. And being it flat takes more oil for Indian dishes.So I am still looking for a good quality product like Meyer’s in perfect round bottom.Yes it has good quality steel and fantastic product but not useful enough for my Indian kitchen.Quality : 5 starUsefulness: 2.5 star(Indian kitchen)
