Faulty design- legs break every time
I ordered this to make chocolate horses for my daughter’s birthday cake. Though the design looks good, in practice it is absurd. The legs are so ridiculously microscopically thin that they broke off every time. I made 9 attempts and all 4 legs broke off each time, as did the mane and tail nearly every time.

Beautiful
Love this mold. It’s beautiful, slightly fragile as the legs are small. Came quick.

Outstanding
Purchased this for a horse-themed cake for my granddaughter. The mold is very detailed- the legs are especially narrow. I read in many of the reviews that they are prone to breaking when removing the figure from the mold. I pressed a flattened ball of fondant into the mold with my fingers, and then flipped it upside down onto parchment paper and pressed down very firmly with the heal of my hand. I carefully removed the fondant from the mold - so I ended up with a square of fondant with the horse figure rising up from it. I carefully cut around the horse with a knife, freeing the horse from the fondant square. I let the fondant horses dry for a couple of days, then painted them with gel colors and a little bit of vodka. I used a 4.4 oz package of fondant for the project- the little blob with the paint marks is the fondant I had left over. I’m very happy with how it all turned out.

legs too thin
I really wanted to love it, but the legs do not come out of the mold attached to the horse. I know have a full stable of legless horses. "(

It is impossible to keep the legs from breaking off!
I used this for a chocolate mold, but I'm sure my review would apply to other mediums. The legs of the horse are far too tiny and only a very, very small amount of medium can be used in them. For this reason, it is impossible to keep them from breaking off. The only reason that I didn't give it a lower score is that I was able to use the rest of the horse without the legs. The mold is sturdy.

Great detail
This little guy is very detailed and delicate. The image that comes out is great. The legs are tiny so use caution when demolding.

It works, but not well.
It works except the legs broke off did come out of the mold every time. But as you see I made it work.
