Fuel Pump for Polaris Ranger 500 700 800 2006-2010 W/Regulator 43PSI and Strainer

Just installed this pump in my 2009 Polaris Ranger Crew 700 EFI, while following along with a couple videos on youtube. Saved HUNDREDS compared to the Polaris OEM pump. I was skeptical if it would fix my problem (wouldn't start), but as soon as I charged up the battery and gave it a try it started right up and runs stronger than before! Taking apart the fuel pump assembly was intimidating, but once you do it, it's easy breezy.The way you can tell if your pump is dead is when you turn your key to start it up, and it doesn't make a buzzing sound in the tank, then it isn't priming the pump and is most likely dead. That was my sign to just try replacing the pump. Glad I tried this one and it solved my problem!FYI you should also clean out the inside of your tank while you do the pump replacement. It guarantees there isn't a bunch of crap floating around in your fuel and blocking the pump screen.

Shipped and came in when expected. Took the old pump out and put this on in with no problems. Checked with pressure Guage and the pump is working as it should.

Easy to install for replacement

This item is a perfect fit on my 2005 Polaris Ranger 700xp. What a way to save money. I bought another one from another seller and it was not going to work. I purchased this one installed it in my fuel pump housing and wow it was easy. Installed it in my Ranger and fired right up. A new fuel pump unit was over 400.00. Thanks great work.

No issue with fitment or performance, works great on my 06 polaris ranger 700 xp.

We put it in a 2008, 500CC Polaris RANGER. Of course we put it in the tank so we can't return it. It never started or ever pumped fuel. Looked good, fit in easily, hooked right up, never worked.

Although I am a master technician and can safely do the job, this is a great alternative to the OEM complete unit that costs five times as much! No problems so far and that says a lot, because the pump was installed four years ago!You have to be careful and know what you are doing, but even having a professional install this pump saves a ton of money!

I installed these items the day after I received them. The fuel pressure on my 2009 Polaris Ranger 700 was 25 psi before the installation of the new pump and pressure regulator. After they were installed, the pressure test indicated the system was now at 40 psi. Well within the spec of 39 psi +/- 3 psi. It is working like expected.

pump worked somewhat on and off for about an hour before quitting. this pump is a no name from china .I ordered a brand name for the same price this time round as they are all built in china anyhow so at least buy some brand name .
