Holy Grail.
I was hesitant to try this because it contains bismuth oxychloride and I finally decided to try it when I found it on sale. Holy Moly what have I been missing? This mineral foundation is exceptional in every way. The formula is incredible, blends like a dream and looks SO SO good on my skin (55 years au-natural!). The formula does not irritate my skin (but in all fairness I rotate a few formulas so I don't wear it all the time). I bought one for my sister (I got her the Honey shade) and she said the same thing; that it is the best she has ever used (and we have both used a lot). This warm beige shade is a light-medium/medium golden peachy shade that is gorgeous on my skin; and I have to say that I really love their shade selection. I use several different shades throughout the year. I am glad to be able to buy these at a discount because the retail is very expensive. Not saying it isn't worth it, but I would much rather pay a cheaper price. Hard to justify spending $50 for a makeup product even if it is great. Honestly, in my experience, this stuff is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to mineral powder foundations. Not too glowy and not too matte. It is just perfect. Like with all mineral powders, application matters, and a really good brush makes a huge difference. The Youngblood kabuki is amazing. And so is the Lily Lolo Bronzer brush; which is a lot cheaper. Both of those apply mineral powder flawlessly.

Beautiful finish, perfect shade
Youngblood Mineral Foundation has the most beautiful finish of all the mineral foundations I've tried. Some mineral foundations make me itch, even though they all have basically the same ingredients. Youngblood never causes itching, so it must have less concentration of whatever irritates my skin. Talc for sure causes itching and redness, which is why I use minerals, but, for awhile I thought bismuth oxychloride was a problem for me as well. I avoided mineral foundations for quite some time, but recently I came across an old photo of myself, and my skin looked incredible. For some reason, I remembered that I was using Youngblood minerals at the time the photo was taken, so I decided to give these another go. Back when I used Youngblood (a LONG time ago) there were less shade choices and Warm Beige was my only option. Even though it wasn't an exact color match, it looked great. Now Youngblood's shades are expanded, and Tawnee is the perfect match for my skin. I love the finish - it adds a vibrance to skin but no shimmer or glittery "fake" look. It has a much less "glowy" finish than other popular mineral foundations, and, on me, I feel this looks more "natural". I don't like to look "made up", but I like to look put together and neat. (And I like to mute freckles & stuff). I don't use mineral powder foundation every day, mostly because my skin changes with seasons, but I still thinks it's the perfect, easy hot weather makeup. It is excellent at staying put, and controlling oil and perspiration. It keeps my face looking fresh as long as possible.

The coverage
Love this make up! It is very smooth and gives the face a glow. I purchased the sun glow.

Great
First, I bought this trying to use a more natural makeup ingredients. This was talc and fragrance free which is important for me, because I am allergic to many fragrances and its derivatives. Thus, it's hard to find products that I can use. I saw this per the recommendation on my skin safe app that I use. The app gives me a list of products in each category of skin care & makeup that is safe for me to use according to my allergies so this product came up. I have very oily skin so I wanted a powder foundation. I use to use bare minerals and even with oily skin, the foundation left me flaky. This has a luminous finish and has staying power. It is buildable, but I find I don't need to put too much. They say that the makeup will only be as good as the skin underneath. Hence, I don't know if it's my skin care routine, but this makeup makes my skin look like glass. It does not cover the old acne scars I have, but it literally makes my skin smooth and glow. That is part of the down side for I have oily skin. Hence, deduct the one star and the color table is not as accurate so it's hard to find a true match. This warm beige, is a little lighter on my skin even though the appearance looks the same. I just blend certain areas with bronzer so the lightness is not very evident. If you have dry skin and don't want to use powder thinking it will make you more drier, this won't and will not settle into fine lines and make your skin glow.

Lives up to the hype!
As someone with super oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin, I was a bit hesitant purchasing this product as it is not made specifically for my skin issues. I went out on a limb and purchased anyway, 1 in soft beige and 1 in warm beige (for when I tan a little bit). Needless to say, I love it! Prior to this product, I had not found a foundation that did not make me break out (more than usual), I've been using this Youngblood mineral foundation for 6 months now and will continue to recommend to others. As far as my oily skin is concerned, it did not fix this issue nor did it even help this issue, but 1) I was not expecting it to help, 2) it was not made to help oily skin, and 3) I am pretty sure there is no cure for my oily face. The good thing is that it didn't exacerbate the issue. As for application, even with my oily skin the most important step in any foundation (but especially mineral foundation) is a good moisturizer. I personally like a natural look, but at times I think I over-do it with the foundation. With this foundation my friends are always surprised at the fact that I'm even wearing foundation, it looks sooo natural! This greatly has to do with proper moisturization, blending, and finding the appropriate color for your skin, I did an abundant amount of research before purchasing my shades so they match my complexion perfectly.
