Sharp!
Sharpest little knife! Be careful how you use it, it can break easily but doesn’t compare to regular metal knives

Go-To Knife
I have always been a fan of this knife since purchasing our first one over 20 years ago. I use them for each meal, seven days a week and they have always held their sharpness for at least 4 or 5 years, with the option of sending it to the company for resharpening at a modest cost - although I have never been charged in the times that I have sent the knives in. Eventually, I need to replace one by using it outside its normal parameters. So, it is the fault of the user and not the knife. Highly recommended.

Very sharp!
This is a great knife! I had another one but after about 15 years the handle cracked. I would highly recommend this knife!!

Durable
knives are very durable if you take good care of them. I never scrape with them and I never put them in the silverware container in the dishwasher. I either wash by hand or put on the top third rack flat in the dishwasher. . I always buy Kyocera, even though there are many brands that are much cheaper but I won’t change because of the price. I still have my original set from 10 years ago. But They are a little difficult to sharpen now so I bought this new set
