Dymo LabelManager 280 Rechargeable Handheld Label Maker with QWERTY Keyboard

This is my first label maker I bought, so I can't compare much with others. However I would recommend this one as it does not have the printing problem on battery unlike some models. This also has pc connectivity but I haven't tried. The labels are good but the adhesive is average. You get to choose only from 3 types of fonts without connecting to pc. Although I feel it's costly but for me it serves the purpose.

The condition of the accessories is very pathetic and gross. The manual staple pins are rusted and have a lot of strains on it. I doubt this is amazon approved seller.

Excellent labeling machine with LI-ion battery with such a great price. consumable cost also so affordable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is my first ever negative experience and review with an Amazon pitch. The photo shows what was sent as a charging adapter, which cannot be plugged in. I have no idea what this adapter is for and the manual is far from comprehensive. By the time I needed to charge the label maker, I discovered this error. This item has a tight return window, different from other purchases I’ve made on Amazon. I’m now stuck with a label maker and no charging adapter or power source. It does not use typical batteries (e.g., AA, AAA etc.) This is seriously frustrating as this was not an inexpensive label maker. I have totally wasted my money on this item.

Comodo, pratico, veloce, personalizzabile. Ho provato anche il software per il PC per programmare le etichette ma sinceramente il vantaggio è minimo rispetto alla praticità di poter portare la stampante ovunque e di usarla sul posto per attaccare etichette dove serve

Fast and easy to use with great results (once you've had a play to find the fonts and sizes that print best). It looks like it has a touch screen, but it's just a soft plastic sheet hiding real buttons which is a bit of a swizz. I'd be happier with normal buttons like its cheaper sibling. The screen doesn't light up either (as Dymo product images would have you believe) so it's quite hard reading the smaller information - type size especially...But it's its connectivity to a computer that sets it apart.The desktop software works well - but it's more Word than InDesign so the controls are pretty basic. You can't access proper weights and italics from font families, it just lists single regular weights and then allows you to choosea faux-italic or bold but this is probably ok given the unit's resolution shortcomings.Type is mostly jaggy and it can't really handle anything intricate. You can find sizes and fonts that work well with trial and error, but I'd rather have better resolution in the first place. I don't think anyone else does higher res either so it must be the 'acceptable standard' in the market place at this price point - at the moment.Over to you Dymo.
