Applaws Natural Wet Canned Cat Food, Made with Limited and Natural Ingredients, Real Protein with No Artificial Additives, Fish Selection Variety Pack in Broth (16 x 2.47oz Cans)

I feed a LOT of cats 2 times a day. I feed my varying outdoor colony of 10 plus cats + various kittens consisting of feral to semi feral to semi tame. I also have a max load of indoor cats consisting mostly of rescues. I feed them well with multiples of large platters of food for each group including some delicacies like boneless chicken breast cut into chunks and sprinkled on top of the dry and canned food on each platter.So I tried an experiment. For 3 feedings in a row for both groups, on a separate plate, I've placed 5-6 oz of Purina Naturals dry food with a single can of Applaws mixed in well. I put the platters with their normal food down and put the Applaws w/dry food down a short distance away and see what happens.What has happened every time with both groups is that the cats go first to the platters but rapidly discover the Applaws plate and proceed to rapidly mob it.So, the cats have voted.The picture below is my normal feeding with canned and dry cat food topped with chicken breast and (in this case) hamburger meat. My cats, at least, prefer the Applaws to the pictured meal.Edit a couple of weeks later: All gone and it had become a big part of their feeding.

This is the third box of Applaws wet cat food in broth I have purchased to feed my picky kitty. I’m still in awe when opening the cans-the chicken and tuna honestly look like ‘people’ food to me. My cat has earned the nickname ‘Two Bite Ike’ because she’s so picky but with the Applaws she’s sitting and eating 5, 6 and even 7 bites at a time and even stopped ‘burying’ the extra left in the bowl. This is expensive compared to most other canned cat foods but i think it’s worth it since i only have one cat and she doesn’t even eat one can a day.

After doing a lot of research on the best kitty food that's healthy and natural I got this and my very picky old girl which hates treats and soft food and has only eaten one food her whole life, she absolutely loves this food! Though she goes to our kitty dentis at her vet every few years, she has missing teeth making eating her hard food she loves difficult to eat. I feel this is a good mix of wet and shredded meat that's easy for her to chew while being soft. Even better. I can sneak her asthma medication in there and she will still eat it! If you have picky kitties, it's worth it and 1 can will give a whole day of eating doing half morning and half night! She won't eat friskies or Sheba wet foods so this is a life saver making my 12 year old girl healthy and happy!

One of my cat does not like it but the other one likes it. The brand is popular and I hope the product is also good. No diarrhea

I was given this product by a friend. When I opened it, I was very impressed. It isn't those can of cat food you get from the store. My cats literally ate this food so fast. They loved it. It looked like I was opening a can of tuna.It is a bit expensive . I do like the quality of the product. It does smell like fresh fish, and I do put a little in my dogs foodbecause they too eat fish. It is a good product look like tuna because it is tuna.

Okay, so, hear me out! 😹 I'm trying this wet cat food, and it's... interesting. The texture is definitely, um, unique. Kinda like pâté, but fishier? 🐟 Not sure about the gravy situation. The smell is surprisingly not bad, a little like tuna. Taste-wise? It's...salty? Definitely not something I'd crave, but not the worst thing I've ever eaten. Would I recommend it? This canned food is just shredded chicken, with little broth or flavor, but my cat doesn’t like it.

All three of my cats like it, one of whom can be quite picky. No stomach issues from any of them, love that it looks like whole food, quality seems higher especially based off the ingredient list…I realize it’s a little pricey but overall I feel very good about feeding this to my cats!
