Worked great on my safe
I upgraded my old combination lock on a Browning safe with this and it was pretty straightforward. Only thing is programming it is cumbersome. Watch the instruction video before purchasing. The finger scanner works awesome and with one touch you can open your safe, very quick!!

Appears to be a excellent lock.. did not work for my Winchester TS-19-11 Gun Safe
It appears to be a excellent lock. I bought this to replace a lock on my Winchester TS-19-11 safe.. The lock is well built but is to thick for my gun safe. My safe requires a narrower locking system.. This lock may be better sized for a larger safe, or maybe a different brand safe.. If it had fit, I would have been very happy with this lock.

Item is cheap junk
Unit did not match standard safe installation.Directions are wrong, do not match programingQuit working 2 days after i installed 1, luckyI bought 2 and was able to use its parts to openThe bad one . This could have cost a lot of moneyFor a locksmith to open it.

Nice lock
So far so good. I installed without any problems into a winchester TS36-45. Works great. It's been installed now for 2 weeks.

lock seems to be good but i cant get it to program because the instructions are not clear .but I contacted the seller and he sent me a pdf of instructions also sent a video on how to program it .seller was very helpful .thank you

Beware
Will wait on replacement but horrible lock have had to replace the batteries three times since I purchased it less than two weeks oldWill not read fingerprints, even though lock is completely clean

Perfect fit, works great
Fit my Cannon safe perfect and it’s easy to use. Not sure why everyone is complaining about instructions, included ones are pretty detailed. Opens quick with fingerprint. I needed different sized screws than what came with it, not a big deal.

A real pain to install & program.
I would think that most of these safes are made with standard mounting holes for the lock & code assembly. This lock did NOT come with screws--the mounting holes are under the AAA batteries. My safe's screws stuck up preventing the batteries being installed. Lucky me as I had lots of screws and found replacements + had to drill new mounting holes outside the battery compartment.. That was just a waste of time. To program the lock, there's an available video. The instructor is working fast showing how to program this lock with a heavy accent. Slow down please! I expected this to be easy and fast to install but it wasn't.. Before usage, you MUST remove the factory key code and fingerprint, otherwise anyone can open it. This arrived 2 days ago as it's on sale today at $20 less.
