How Did I Not Know About This?!!
As I've gotten older, I've developed a tremor in my hands. Cracking eggs using the side of the frying pan is a real hit or miss activity for me. I rarely get a correct whack; always too much or too little. It's very frustrating.This Crack'em Egg Cracker was the exact solution to my problem. I get a perfect crack every time. And the fact that it serves so well as a spoon/spatula rest is just icing on the cake.I'll probably be giving these out as birthday presents or Christmas stocking stuffers. The Kitchen Tool I Didn't Know I Need
How difficult is it to crack an egg? Hard, if you don't want broken yokes, I hate broken yokes. When I started buying free range eggs, I found the shells were harder than grocery store eggs. Using this tool, no more broken yokes. Plus, it works as a spoon rest as well

Works perfectly, easy to clean, also a good spoon rest
Didn't have very high expectations of this. I mean why would you need yet another gadget just to crack eggs? But it actually works perfectly every time. Yes, it cracks cleanly without pieces of shell falling into your pan or bowl and if there are any drips of egg white they just drip onto the cracker and then you just rinse it off. A really useful item.
