My 95 year-old father was fatigued, weak, had poor appetite and always felt chilly. I'm giving him this tea to strengthen his Yang energy based on Chinese medicine principles. It's really worked wonders for his energy and he no longer feels cold. The Ginseng itself has a pleasant earthy, slightly bitter taste, but the tea is sweetened (would prefer a bit less sweet). Nonetheless, it's working wonders for him and he really enjoys it. Of note, for those who do not feel chilly, other types of Ginseng that are more balancing to Yin and Yang (such as American Ginseng) may be more appropriate.

(And everyone should know by now that the key to LIFE is enzymes!)I am 69, at the age of 65 I had a pacemaker installed... it was only necessary because I had a bundle branch block (blocked nerve) in my lower heart muscle... The photos showed 100% ginseng. But in fact there is 8 grams of sugar per tea bag, and Amazon policy doesn’t allow a return. Super disappointed
