Infiniti InfinitiKEY 2007-2008 G35 Plastic Car Smart Key Keyless Entry Remote

Did a lot of research to find the right part for my g35 key fob replacement and I am very glad I did. The key arrived on time and looks very similar inside and out. The electric diagrams inside looked similar so I called a local locksmith and he was able to program the key in about 20 minutes. IT WORKED.I mean not only did it work, it works perfectly. It starts the engine and car. All buttons work perfectly. It even works to start the engine when the battery is removed from the fob and the fob is inserted, sort of like a dead battery check. The exact same as the original in terms of functionality and quality is similar too(although there are a couple of very minute differences).The part number, FCCID code, and IC code all matched mine perfectly. These numbers can be found on the inside of the fob when you take the cut key out.

I was able to take this key fob to a locksmith and they programmed and cut the key for $45, so I saved a bunch of money over going to the dealer for this item. I bought this for my 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe. All functionality works great. The car recognizes the key for starting, for using the door lock buttons on the outsides of the door and the trunk button.I can see a couple of differences from my existing key (assume its from Infiniti, but i bought the car used, so can't confirm).The head of the key blade seems a slightly cheaper finish. My old key was a smoother silver finish, the key from Amazon is silver, but looking at it closely the finish is rougher. In my opinion it looks slightly cheaper.The key blade is tough to remove from the key fob. I need to put something into the loop to pull the key out where as the old key comes out very easily. If you have the key on a key ring, this may not be an issue. I don't use a key ring. I can probably find some time to identify the rubbing points and fix this.There is a screw that holds the key blade to the blade head. On the Amazon key, its a brass colored key that contrasts with the key head. Whereas the old key used a black screw that is better camouflaged on the key blade.I dont regret this purchase as I saved a bunch of money and this is my backup key, but I did take off a star for some of the above cosmetic issues.

Does not work for 2007 infiniti G35 coupeMade for the push to start. Took the dealership wanting to sell me there own for $350Then with 2 locksmiths telling me it won't work as it's made for the push to start version, save your money.

This item is a great replacement for an original fob I lost. I own a 2008 Infiniti G35, and have read that a replacement fob from a dealer can be upwards of $150. I am pleased to say this replacement works perfectly after programming ($75) at our local Nissan dealer. I would give it 5 stars, but the fit and finish are slightly inferior to the original equipment, which I have tried to convey in the photos I posted. It also arrived with a weak but functional battery, which the seller corrected by sending me a replacement battery promptly at my request. Overall, I am satisfied and would purchase this again.

Bought one of these. Had the dealer reset it the next time my car was in the shop. Saved me $200 bucks the dearler charges.

I only have one issue to talk about.The front of this looks exactly like the original the dealer gave me with my car when I bought it,When I turn the smart key (back side) I saw a little gap between where the hardkey slide in and the back plastic is, jusy meybe 0.040" not a big deal. the key work like the original and the dealer accept it to made a duplicate smartkeyGood job

Lame.....went to two dealerships and they couldn't program it. I even double checked that I bought it for a 2007 g35. I also tried replacing the battery. I wasted a lot of time to make this work. Now you don't have to waste yours.
