Unfortunately, this product does not hold the lip balm tubes as stated. I bought two different brands and neither fits. It is impossible to push the tube into the holes. I had several people of varying strength try with no success. The item is a great idea but waste of time and money.

This is a game changer when making lip balm!!! So much easier than filling individual tubes one at a time!!

The holes were to big for the lip balms I purchased.So disappointed trying to make lip balms for added gifts, for Christmas.Someone said on another review, to buy the Crafters Choice Silicone one, it fits 3 different sizes of lip balms.

I bought this to fill chapstick tubes....seems like a nice idea....easy peasy. Then you get it and realize how difficult it is to insert the tubes without everything falling over. OK so put the device upside down and insert the tubes, but then you have to have a pan or try or something to then flip it all over and hope none of the tubes falls down because you aren't getting them to go back in without others falling down. I wound up taking my Dremel and grinding the holes bigger so I can just put the base of the tubes in and just pour my filling in individually. Nice concept, poor execution.
