This is the same sauce Benihana uses in their Yakisoba. I can't get this amount in the local stores either (including the 6 Asian stores in my area). I will buy it again once I run out.

Tastes like yakisoba sauce, not quite as good as recipe but way less time
I bought this sauce to shave some time off of making yakisoba for my family. It's definitely faster, and it keeps well in the fridge. It doesn't taste quite as good as the recipe I followed, BUT - most importantly - this sauce will keep in the fridge for months, and the recipe I followed said you shouldn't keep it any more than a week. And mixing up a batch of yakisoba sauce from 7-8 ingredients is a bit of a time sink. So, I like this and it has a place in my arsenal.
