First time buying the original semolina flour made from Durum Wheat, the same used in Pastas. I used this as a substitute to normal wheat flour to add to millet flour to make chapathies. I find this an excellent substitute. Durum Wheat has complex carbohydrates, so it is a good item for people who are diabetes.

I liked the product since I used this for making Ravioli which is an Italian dish. The quality and quantity was good and we recommend this for anyone!
