The actual electric part for this food chopper is sideways and doesn’t work at all. Tried to fix it by myself but the parts inside are all damaged and faulty as well. When requesting for a refund/return it was refused. Don’t bother buying this because it doesn’t work and the customer service alongside is also bad.

I love this! It’s cut my food prep time in half ! Literally haha. Super useful and easy to use but be carful blades so sharp just touching them can cut you!

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I'm unable to give this product a fair assessment based on my own experience. You see, I bought this nifty little gadget while on a quick trip to the UK, and I was eagerly anticipating its arrival back home. However, my excitement was short-lived when I discovered that airport security had confiscated the main part of the device – the blades and blade holder – claiming that they were too sharp for carry-on luggage. Leaving me with a useless chopper machine and a bucket. I'm now left to admire its bladeless beauty, wondering what could have been.In a nutshell:This product is so sharp, it made airport security nervous.Now I'm left with a bladeless wonder and a bucket of dreams.I'll never forget the day my chopping aspirations were dashed.
