The double locking latches and 4 locking options give you even more control over your cat's access, as you can choose between “open inwards, open outwards, open and closed in both directions.” The PetSafe Microchip cat flap can be installed in glass windows and doors, wooden doors, PVC, uPVC and metal doors, as well as brick walls. Installing in UPVC and other doors with metal components may require an installation adapter and some modifications. This cat flap includes a cutting template, as well as installation instructions for quick and easy installation.
