So I just started these pills 4 days ago. I am only taking one a day because I'm sensitive to pills, But so glad that I set this up for every two months of auto-ship with Amazon. I can already tell the difference these are making in my appetite. One of the prescription medicines that I take for fibromyalgia keeps me feeling hungry all day long. But since I started taking these I can tell my appetite is less. And when I do start eating I'm feeling full sooner. And now I can only take one of my fibromyalgia pills instead of two. Yesterday I was motivated to get back into the gym after several months. In addition to helping with appetite, I can feel a difference in my mood, Focus , in general feeling of well-being. I wake up everyday now before my alarm goes off and genuinely feel happy and motivated to start the day. So yes, I Love these pills and am already seeing the multiple benefits from taking just one tablet every morning. Thank you for this amazing product. I also should add I am nearing fifty and have experienced a lot of weight gain recently, I feel it's hormone and menopause-related. I am confident that these pills are going to help me through this.

Just started using this product, would buy again

Along with a healthy diet and the taking of L Carnitine (also ordered from Amazon) in three weeks I lost eight pounds. My diet has been eating lots of vegetables, some fruits lean meats, sticking to chicken, fish and legumes, and healthy snacks like a serving of walnuts or sunflower seeds. It doesn’t fell like I’m dieting. The only thing I quit was breads and sugar. For this reason I have no cravings. I totally recommend this supplement.

Got this product as appetite suppressant, been taking for 4 days...maybe it’s too soon but doesn’t seem to help. Will give more time.Giving 2 stars cause Delivery was super quick AND at this time there aren’t any bad side effects
