I don't write reviews, but I'm making an exception. This is a really clever, exactly as advertised, perfect piece of hardware. It does no more and no less than it needs to, is solidly made, and wayyyy easier than swapping out balls or hitches.

This is a great item. Now I only need 1 ball hitch for both my boat and enclosed trailer. No more switching hitches around.

Works exactly as it should. I haven't had the magnet problems that some people have. It does its job and hasn't shown any signs of wear. I wipe it down with a rag when it's still on my ball after I use it (makes it easy to wipe down and keep your hands clean), put it back in the bag, and keep it in my door. I would recommend to anyone.

Well it works! But I do have problems when loading and unloading the hitch. I have to move the vehicle forwards & backwards to get the tongue settle down & the pin lock down. This did solve a problem that I had! Practically all of the “anti-rattle” drop hitches in fact rattled terribly! This product allows me to use the same drawbar for both of my trailers without having to change out the balls or use 2 different drawbars! I feel the product is secure and durable. I just wish I didn’t have to fight with while hooking up and unhooking the trailer. Guess you can’t have everything 🤦🏼‍♂️

Convenient for trailer hitch balls

Couldn’t find this in my local auto parts store, so really glad I was able to order it off Amazon. I love this thing. Very easy to use and works like a charm.

This ball adapter is the coolest thing. It’s always been a pain in the rear having to swap out hitch/ball set ups between a 2” and a 2 5/16”. With this I can just leave my 2” ball on all the time and still use my 2 5/16” trailers! You just need to make sure you’re not going over the weight limit of the 2” ball. A lot of the complaint I’ve seen about this item is that it isn’t magnetic and you can leave it on all the time… that’s not true. I always use a rubber ball cover to keep grease from getting on my pants when I’m walking around the back of the truck, and this has secured the adapter perfectly when I’m not hooked up to a trailer.
