My vet wanted me to try this for my Winnie when she had another bout of diarrhea even after having her on proviable for some time. She my nervous anxious reactive girl having a rough go before I got her with an abusive situation and then it didn't help a neighbor dog came out and but her dragging his leash on our walk uo the street....may have her the stress added. This comes in a convenient zip pouch and is just psyllium. It has her back with regular poops. I just give her a tsp with added water in the am with her dry and canned food and when she needs her 2nd dose tried with just water and chicken broth but she didn't quite finish so trying to go back and give it with some dry food added with 1/4 cup chicken broth with rhe same amount of water. Sh had a day she didn't have much of an appetite is why I decided to just try it with rhe liquid.

It does not fully dissolve, the taste isn’t great and while I’m not 100% I think it’s caused some dark spots on my… umm… how can I put this delicately… my bm’s.I’ve been having some gut issues the past year and I’ve taken this a few times once per day to not great results. After being tired of spending way too much money on other supplements that are both trendy social media & popular within the LGBTQ+ community I decided to try this 1 last time because the price point is much more favorable. Instead this time I decided to do 1 scoop in the morning & 1 in the evening and it’s completely different than last time. It’s so helpful. I noticed an improvement pretty quickly.I like that it’s not a product with a ton of ingredients. The sealing on the bag hasn’t been nearly the headache I thought it would be which is an unexpected benefit.I try my best to drink it 30-60 minutes before eating and not within 2-3 hours of any other supplement or pill

I have a dog with IBD disease and I needed this for a fiber supplement in his meals. I was hesitant at first due to him being a picky eater and ANYTHING like this , he would just turn his nose up to. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this has no scent or flavor and I am able to sprinkle this on his meals without him even knowing. It's quite effective as by day 2 his stools were firming right up again and his tummy grumbles were stopping altogether. I did find this easier to distribute by putting it in a saltshaker for even distribution. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is the bag it comes in is SUCH a pain to close once it's opened. The powder gets stuck in the tracks of the zipper and is near impossible to seal up properly. I wish they would put this in a bottle or can instead. I ended up putting the bag in a ziplock to keep it fresh. I will 100% be ordering this product again.

It is a fraction of the cost of Metamucil. It mixes OK. I had no stomach upset. BUT rinse your glass and spoon thoroughly. Then rinse the sink. If any of this product dries on a surface, it hardens into something resembling brown concrete.

I can't be too graphic, but if you want to clear yourself out, this stuff WORKS.I had 5 extra pounds that I was trying to get rid of. I didn't look or feel 5 pounds heavier, but the scale said I was. I got to thinking that supposedly every person has about 5 pounds of 'waste' stuck inside their intestines. So I was like, that's probably it. So I got this stuff and followed the instructions for about a week and holy cow, the colors of the stuff that comes out when you first do it are intense. There truly is stuff that has been stuck to the sides of our intestines for years and this stuff helps clean it out. Now I take it regularly just to stay "regular."

This Psyllium Husk Powder definitely gets the job done in terms of fiber and digestive health. I know it's unflavored, but there's still a strong, earthy taste that makes it hard to get down unless it's hidden in something like a smoothie or baked goods. If you’re sensitive to taste, be prepared to mix it with something flavorful.Great product in terms of performance, but the taste brings it down to 3 stars for me

The things that will do for an our digestive health. Even with a little bit more than the recommended amount of water psyllium husk is like drinking a glass full of alfalfa with goo to help it go down. I definitely noticed a difference in my regularity and overall 💩 consistency. So overall, this product performs as expected if you take it regularly, and the price is reasonable.
