PIPING ROCK VALERIAN ROOT CAPSULES 2400 MG/120 COUNT/HERBAL EXTRACT SUPPLEMENTThis is a different brand than I'm used to taking and it only offers half as many capsules. My usual brand might be still in a box that I haven't opened. One thing about these that I think that I thought were the type that might not be available anymore. So inflation hits us everywhere with half the capsule count, but the reason I mistook them as another brand is since the bottle looks identical. With all that aside the most important thing is that if you have trouble falling and staying asleep these are a natural herbal supplement that won't make you drowsy in the morning for more than 10 or 15 minutes without coffee or tea. I usually drink green tea with honey and I'm instantly awake. They are 2400 MG so that's another reason why I mistook these from the other brand. I would only take one and see how it works since 2400 MG is high, but remember it's a natural herbal supplement that is pretty effective since I'd rather choose that over a prescription sleep aid. I get a good night sleep with one at 2400 MG. Another brand that is just as effective that I usually take is 1700 MG and I should remember the brand but they're organic and if you search those terms up at the top it will be the only one that pops up. I don't know if I ordered these as a back up but definitely thought they were the ones I used to always get. I'm sure these will be safe and work, but my usual ones are the organic ones.

This helps me sleep better at night. Piping Rock makes a good product.

Good product

I like this product and use it when I have to get deeper sleep. It's not something that will ease you into sleep, rather something that promotes relaxation I take it with Ashwaganda, Magnesium, and L-theanine..That combination seems to work very well for me.

SAY GOODBYE TO MELATONIN and those sleepy gummies. Been using Valerian for years- it smells like feet cheese but it does an excellent job putting my racing mind to sleep (2 capsules). No alarming dreams, no messing with your patterns- it does a great job especially when washed down with lavender/chammomile tea. Sleep well my friends!

This herbal remedy is hard to find without going to a health food store. They relax me but don’t make me drowsy. True valerian root so smell a bit funky and fairly large capsules but do the job when taken at bed time or for anxiety during the day.

I take these capsules every night to help me stay asleep, they really help. It is when I forget that I really notice how much they help! I've been taking them now for about 6 months, no side effects of groggy feeling in the morning.

I’d rather just take magnesium. This didn’t help me sleep compared with melatonin I would normally take. I got curious how effective this supplement would work but I’ve taken a few times unfortunately you can’t return or exchange this product
