Needed to replace my aging memory foam topper and after reading the reviews here on Amazon decided on this Basics one by AmazonCame vacuum sealed in abox and looked quite thin so rolled out on floor decided to take it out of the covering to speed up expansionWarmed up the room to speed up the expansion even more and by the time bedtime came it had fully expandedI must say it was a comfortable sleep better than ive had in a long timeMy old one went straight in the trash and was no where near as comfortable as this Amazon BasicsIam quite pleased with my purchaseGo and buy itI dont know how long this will last so lets see

Mattress topper very good quality good value for the money and fast delivery.

I used this in place of another memory foam and it does the job of making a not so comfortable Mattress more comfortable.It's a bit flat and lifeless looking, and did not puff up as much as I would have liked. It seems well made and was easy to out onto the mattress but it doesn't stay in place. I've tried to rectify this by putting a mattress protector over both mattresses and memory foam.I bought a double and it fits fine.I would have liked it to be thicker and more puffy but it does the job of making the bed more comfortable and the value is reasonable.

Comfortable topper but with no straps, it does slip done the bed leaving a noticeable gap.At the price assumed there would be

got a dodgy matress with sharp springs yet as soon as i apply this topper it is like sleeping on a cloud. very imoressed well worth the money

I've got a great quality IKEA mattress, but since having it, I have had repeated neck, back and shoulder issues. Really painful muscles which have been borderline debilitating. Was about to click buy on a new mattress, but thought I'd try saving £500 and buying this topper instead. Within a week my complaints have disappeared, which is awesome. Recommended if you are having issues with the firmness of your current mattress

We had an older inexpensive mattress that we could feel the springs through the topper, and were ready to replace--but realized that it would cost 8 or 9 times the cost of this topper for a new mattress, plus adding an old mattress to the landfill which is incredibly wasteful. Thought it was worth a try to see if this topper would do the job--and sure enough--it is thick enough to make our old mattress very comfortable--it now feels as good as many mattresses we tried at mattress stores, and the cost was so small. Very good decision comfort wise, and environmentally. We decided anything thinner than this 7cm just wouldn't be enough, and sure enough--it's fantastic. It does come in a form of compressed plastic and yes, it did have a "plastic" smell, but it dissipated within a few days, and isn't an issue at all. Our fitted mattress cover hold the topper in place fine against the old mattress, and doesn't move, so perfect all around. A really good environmentally friendly decision--that also improved our comfort and sleep. Highly recommend this to improve an old mattress. To be clear, our mattress hadn't broken down, it wasn't sagging in the middle etc.--it just didn't have enough padding, and wasn't comfortable.
