I have a GAD mutation, suffice it to say that I cannot make my own GABA, my lifelong levels have been low (horrible sleeper). It is very hard to absorb GABA and no product ever made a difference. I tried this due to someone's recommendation and the lipsomal product is amazing and changed my sleep completely. Try it, it's worth the money.

I had a friend who is a nurse (and who also gets panic attacks) recommend this to help with my panic attacks when my anxiety gets overwhelming and I have to say, I am impressed at how well it works. I take Buspar daily to keep my anxiety levels down but some days the stress can just be overwhelming. I've evaded 4 panic attacks this week by taking this when I feel that ball of stress work its way into my throat. Takes about 15 mins for the full effect but it lessens the intensity of the stress without making me feel groggy or weird like my spot meds for panic attacks.

I was hoping to find out that this worked for me based off of the other reviews. The taste of this liquid is sooo bad that I only could try it once and immediately returned it. There are no words (that I’d be able to state online) to describe how awful the taste is. It almost didn’t even stay down.

used on my children who both struggle with anxiety. didn't tell them what it is for but 15 min after i gave it to 12 yo they literally said "i feel so relaxed now i can go right to bed". also gave it during a full blown anxiety attack and again 10 -15 min later they were calm and not even bringing the issue up after (which is amazing!). the 9yo with depression (brain toxicity problem) is yet to show better results but goes to bed without tears and all together acts happier. also even though 9yo is calmer doesn't fall asleep any faster but there could be other reasons. also gave it to my husband who always had sleep issues (plus likes to eat before bed lol) same thing - didn't tell him what for. he asked for it following night said helped him to fall asleep. i only wish it was less expensive - i cannot efford to use it on myself lol have to do old mind over matter trick...

it came on tiime but the product leaked a bit so ithe bottle was oily

This product was prescribed by an MD. It has a lovely instantly calming effect with no other side effects.

My doctor recommended this, and I’m on my 4th bottle. It stops my panic attacks and works fast. I take 3 pumps in the AM and PM. Works well along with my Theanine Serene tablets. Love!Update: Years later and I still order this. My anxiety is under better control these days, but I use this when I need extra help like nerves before an event or on days I've had too much caffeine. Still a great product!
