okay. keeps tea warm ages.
It allows a decent amount of tea and it stays hot for a long time so you might want to check thatif giving to someone. The Grip is perfect and it allows drinking whilst in bed, the top is lovely and secureand its easy to clean, It comes with 2 tops one is for a straw the other is wide enough to allow a smooth soup to be drunk also.

Excellent item.
This was bought for an elderly person with arthritic fingers. Absolutely perfect. Lightweight, with good handles and a good size. Width of the mug is ideal for ease of washing and drying. Really happy with this item and would definitely recommend.

Bad delivery
The product was ok, but this is the second parcel delivered to the wrong address!!

Appears to be ideal for the elderly...
Arrived a day earlier than estimated. Ordered for an elderly relative with Dementia but someone who likes a good size cup of tea, so the size of the cup should be perfect for her. Easy to hold and easy to see how much remains in the mug. Lids appear to be a tight fit which is a bonus.

Does what it says.
Bought for elderly mother with osteoarthritis in joints, including hands. Very useful. Easier to handle than a normal cup. Lightweight and decent size. Tight fitting lid for safety, useful if drinking while in bed or reclining.
