Faulty battery
Only 3 stars because the item arrived with one battery fully charged and one battery faulty as it wouldn’t charge. The box appeared to have been previously opened, and then hand wrapped with green plastic that clearly wasn’t part of the original packing. The instruction manual had definitely been thumbed through, this together with the fact one battery was already charged, suggested this item had previously been returned as faulty due to the battery issue and then resold on again. The actual product looks good so I’ve ordered another to replace this one which will be returned. I will give a full product review, when I receive the replacement, assuming I receive a fully functioning working version next time. I just hope it arrives in time for my camping trip this weekend!

Batteries will not recharge after only a few uses
Batteries wear out after a few uses .very disappointed considering the price .I bought one with two batteries and even with both after a few uses only currently get 2 minutes worth of sharing time. For £50 Price Tag not good enough

Not as described and illustrated
Took delivery of this shower and bitterly disappointed because it didn’t contain the the white trigger shower head shown in the illustration . Not happy and the item has been returned. I see the illustration still shows the white trigger shower head despite being told that part is not included .
