Poor quality of USB ports
The product design appealed to me with both a multi-mode three pin adaptor and two USB ports built in. When I received the product the USB ports did not work, and I returned it for a replacement. The second one also has a problem with the USB ports. One of them does not even accept the USB pin and the other one charges intermittently (the LED flickers too). I've not returned the second time due to the hassle but the product needs better QA and probably better components for its USB ports.
