Fantastic! I look for any excuse to take a shower now. Tons of water! Luxury!!! Couple of hints: have a plumber raise the pipe into the shower wall to 7 feet. Next, though it looks great, recommend not having the shower pipe coming straight down from the ceiling, better off the wall. Not everyone wants to wash their hair every time. Attach to the wall high up is better. Still get great sense of rainfall but a little angle on the spray is much more practical for rinsing. No need for Long extender arms ( i am returning them) though I did get a stub pipe (I know that’s not the right lingo, the pipe that comes out of the wall) that extends a couple of inches extra. I am soooo happy with this shower head. And I am kinda hard to please on this issue. Another tip: get this Delta hardware to go with it. It remembers your favorite temperature between showers! Delta Faucet Lahara 17 Series Dual-Function Shower Trim Kit with 5-Spray Touch-Clean Shower Head, Chrome T17238 (also need to get the proper Valve Not Included) which is Delta Faucet R10000-UNBXHF MultiChoice Universal Shower Valve Body for Shower Faucet Trim Kits. Delta makes shower kits with or without a bath tub faucet. Throw away the included Delta shower head and substitute this WaterlPoint shower head. OMG this is off the charts joy!!UPDATE: 7 months later. Still delighted. No issues at all. Every shower I imagine I am at the Ritz Carlton and wonder what I must be paying for a room with luxuries lije this. Get this item with the Delta kit mentioned above. Some of the best money I have ever spent!!!!

After years of using a high-end shower head endorsed by a hotel chain I read the reviews on this thing and decided I wanted to get blasted in the face by hurricane-force rain as well. By comparison, it's like going from washing yourself with a kitchen sink sprayer to hooking directly up to a fire hydrant. This thing is awesome! Even with the water limiter out it only uses 2.5 gpm. I'd much rather have an amazing 10 minute shower than a 25 minute disappointment any day of the week. Its also guaranteed for life, just register your product in 2 seconds following the directions on the included card. Also, for all the dames with long, thick, luscious hair: both my wife and her mother were blown away with how much faster they were able to wash and condition in a quarter of the time it use to take. Why are you still reading this? Add it to your cart and get wet dumb-dumb.*Update*While cleaning my unit after 6 years of use I managed to lose a small plastic piece that goes into the central hub of the shower head. This caused the unit to spray harder from the central air hole that the rest of the head. I reached out to Nathan (the seller) to ask for a replacement part if they were available. He told me that it wasn't but that he would send me another unit free of charge, which he did.First of all, I lost the part. I was open and honest that it was my fault. If he had said: "sorry we don't cover you being careless," i would have totally understood and ordered another shower head from him anyway. As shown in my original review, I was blown away by his product and that never changed.Secondly, the level of this seller's customer service is astounding. In this day and age no one stands behind the things they sell and almost everything -including grocery shopping- feels like a cash-grab. Its nice to know that the products you use and enjoy are backed up and supported by an actual person who goes above and beyond to make sure their product is well-represented. I’ve had one of these since 2019 and it is still works great. Great water pressure and coverage! You know how they say there’s nothing like sleeping back in your own bed after traveling? Well now there’s nothing like my own shower at home too! Highly recommend.

Please note that this review is being written after an install and a couple of showers. I can't make any comment here on the durability of the WaterPoint right now.But here are my observations so far. Good packaging, great instructions, and I received emails from the company asking about the shower head the day that Amazon delivered, which was a nice added touch of customer service. Everything was in the package for a quick install, including a small roll of teflon tape that more that did the job. So installation took just a couple of minutes. No leaks. And I was able to easily hand-tighten the shower head into place. I removed the flow limiter before installation. It pops right out.We have strong water pressure, so I didn't expect that this would be an issue, and it wasn't. Flow was very good, but not overpowering. Our old four-inch shower head, which cost a good $250 about 15 years ago, was incredibly powerful, to the point where the jets practically drilled into your back. I kind of liked that, but I like this even more, as the shower head delivers more of a massaging, all-over stream of water with the eight-inch size. Where the old shower head took more of a "blast you clean" approach, this one covers you more thoroughly and is more relaxing. Again, though, this is being written after just a couple of showers.I'm only taking a star off because the WaterPoint is all plastic. It's kind of flimsy feeling, especially by comparison with our old one. But when you look at the price difference (I'd be into around $150 for the equivalent Moen), I'm more than happy to cut this corner, especially when it'll just be me and my wife using it. I am a bit concerned about durability because of the plastic design, but again, at under $30 delivered, I'm good to take a chance here and see how long it lasts.

This shower head is the best I’ve ever purchased. The water flow is great even with the restrictor installed. It’s aerated so the water coming out feels like rainfall. Absolutely amazing especially for the price.
