Perfect size to fit in the zippered pouches on my gloves (ski style, use for commuter bicycling). After sitting unused all summer, they developed gas pocket inside so it is too difficult to click the disk and they don't liquefy as well as they used to. I might poke a pinhole in the edge to release the gas and reseal with an old hair iron. The chemistry here is fairly simple and consistent across all products of this type, so I suspect any product will develop this. I love them, planning to buy a new set for this winter.

They don't stay warm for very long. Not reliable for extreme cold (New England) weather. Once they cool down (rapidly), they get very firm, uncomfortable and hold on to the cold like an ice pack. Too big to put in shoes or boots so don't buy into the whole foot warming guise. Buyer beware! Oh, and they are not magic... Sorry to let you down.

Too short a length of warmth time to have to go through the trouble of reseting it for next use.

Came in a package that was kind of messed up but four out of five came out all right. One of the packets was burst open and got gunk everywhere. It chilled down allot but if you keep it in your pocket it doesn't cool down as much
