Well made and easily available.
I've been observing Passover for more than 50 years. My prejudice has always been Horowitz-Margareten products first (which are rarely available anymore) then Streit's, then Manischewitz. Streit's Farfel has now become difficult to obtain on the west coast. Manischewitz is a worthy substitute. The pieces are uniform and hold up when egg toasted and boiled, and works well in soups. Do not bother with the Israeli brands, they are not well made. I still stick with Streit's Matzo. They are the best.

Good stuff!
My son lives in Henderson, Nevada ( suburb of Las Vegas ).He found that all the stores in town ran out of Passover matzah farfel. This treat was invented by the Jews 5,000 years ago to use as a filler for chicken soup. Being this is Passover week, his son let me know of dad's dilemma. Coming to his rescue, I bought 3 packages of farfel shipped by Amazon in one day!! A miracle!!

Dressing
Made a dressing with the farfel. Think Thanksgiving bread dressing, take out the bread and put in farfel. Also used 1 box for breakfast cereal, a great childhood memory.

Expensive, but stores take advantage of Passover foods as well
Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. As far as flavor, I always add my own flavor(s) to Farfel and Matza, therefore I cannot really rate the flavor on it's own. But I love Farfel all year round so I buy lots of containers at Passover time. The brand that I do rely on is Manishewitz.

Perfect
This is always hard to find and we are so glad to find it. We fix it with eggs and fry it up in butter. Delicious.
