Q: I received my order today and the lid wasn’t sealed , should I return it or is it ok to consume?

I wouldn’t use anything if the lid wasn’t sealed.

Q: Is there shellfish in this??

As far as I can tell there is no shellfish in this product. The fish are baby ice fish. It is a delicious product! When I run out I will order more!

Q: Do I need to refrigerate after opening?

I refrigerate mine after opening. Since it does have small fish in it, I would rather be safe than sorry. Hope this helps!

Q: How long does this product last after opening?

As long as you refrigerate after opening and adding some oil it should keep for a long time. When you take it out of the refrigerator leave it out until it becomes liquidity. After that if you still have more left again, add a little oil and refrigerate.
