I purchased these felt liners knowing full well that I would not be able to return them as it would cost me at least $15+ in shipping fees, about half the purchase price. However, in my defense, I didn't have a choice as I couldn't find any other boot liners, so I took a chance. I did exactly as they directed, measured my foot using paper and pencil, then order from their chart, a size 9; however, this turned out to be slightly small for me. I really need a 10 but given the cost of the return policy I will simply wear them, however, I know they will wear out much faster. So, loss of 1-star has nothing to do with the quality of the product, its prompt arrival or condition. They are excellent! It seems to me that a boot company should understand that if you are going to sell online that you should expect some returns due to sizing issues and to toss the shipping cost upon the consumer which is about 50% the cost of the liner is totally unfair...and certainly no way to obtain customer satisfaction and their return purchases. So, no, even though I now know my correct size I will not be purchasing them again. Please understand what you are purchasing here as the cost to return these comes out of your pocket even if they don't fit.EDIT: 12/9/2022 These liners are working out so well that I had to change my rating from a 3 star to 4 stars. They are as warm as the original Kamik liners yet much more durable. They still lose a star due to cost to shipping cost ($15) if I had to return but thankfully, they are working out very well.

I wanted a pair of good quality felt liners to replace the ones that came with my Sorel Caribou Pac Boots. I didn't like the faux fur snow cuffs on the original liners. It was hard to fit my pant cuffs down over the bulky snow cuffs, and I didn't like having to wear my pants tucked into the boots. I checked with Sorel, to see if they had a replacement liner without the snow cuff. They do offer a replacement, but is a combination wool/synthetic fiber material, and I only wanted wool. These new liners are high quality, well made with good quality material. Stitching is excellent. These liners are 8mm thick vs 9mm for the originals. That doesn't seem to make a significant difference in how they fit on your feet, and they fit into your boots as easily as the originals. I measured my foot per the instructions provided and used the sizing chart to pick the right size. The size recommended on chart seemed a little small compared to my normal shoe size, but I read many reviews that said to go with the size on the chart, so that's what I did. When I received the new liners, I compared them to the originals, and they are "exactly the same length and width." Note: these liners are 10 inches high. They exactly match the height of the original liners, "including the snow cuffs", so they stick up out of the boot about 2 inches. That doesn't bother me, but if you want them to match the height of your boot, you should measure the height of your original liners, and order that height. Believe they offer these liners in both 8 and10 inch heights. A good quality liner at a fair price. Received them quickly. Very satisfied.

These were purchased for a 91-year-old gentleman who uses them for or as slippers indoors, and occasionally will walk directly outside with them on his feet in the snow. He is aware that they are inserts for boots, but they keep his feet warm and he is quite happy with wearing them as such. This is a unique case.😊

Poor sizing. I reviewed the size and it was 2 inches, TOO big. I replaced and got a much smaller per description. But recieved the EXACT same size as the first also, 2 inches too big. UGH ! Returned again. Quality is superb. So sad they don't have sizing correct.
