Works well
I’m so glad I tried these! I was having trouble producing on the right side nothing was working I was pumping and getting barely 2 drops. After eating these I’ve pumped 3-5 oz from the right and 5-6 on my left side, each time I’m pumping . As far as taste I added milk and walnuts. It’s veeerrryy chocolaty and hard to mix due to the fact no liquid ingredients. Overall 9/10 !! 😊

It works!
First, let me just say that these brownies work! I had tried another brand's pre-made lactation cookies, and while they helped to increase my supply, these brownies helped my supply almost double overnight; I was consistently getting almost 1 oz in the evening, almost 4 oz in my first pump of the day, and it jumped to 3 oz in the evening, and 5-8.5 oz for my first pump of the day. Could be that my supply finally caught up with my baby, but I have noticed my supply dipping a little when I eat less of the brownies, and going back up when I eat more of it.In terms of flavor/texture, I was a little put off initially because it was very thick prior to baking, and I wasn't sure that I baked it fully because it was so fudge-y. I also thought that it was a bit too sweet, but my taste buds caught up, and I now enjoy having a piece or two whenever I'm in the mood to snack. Finally, I was a bit disappointed at first that one bag only bakes one batch. The bag says that it makes about 21 servings, but also suggests 1-2 brownies per day, so it should last anywhere between 10 days to 21 days (if you're being conservative). I've eaten almost the whole thing in one week. For $15, I was really hoping for more--although $2/day doesn't seem too bad. Definitely buying another bag just in case since it works so well, but also going to have to try my hand at making lactation brownies by adding the key ingredients listed (brewers yeast, oats, flaxseed) to another brownie mix because it's more cost-effective.

Tasty Chocolate Treat
A lot of reviews mentioned these brownies needing adjustments but I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect! Slightly crisp edges and a fudge, soft center with lots of chocolate flavor.I used vegetable oil instead of butter and mixed the wet ingredients before slowly adding the dry ingredients. I whisked all the ingredients together but it was super thick so I had to use a silicone spatula to fold the rest of the dry mix into the batter.I used Pam Original (canola oil spray) to grease the metal pan before pouring the batter into the metal 9"×13" pan. After baking for 20mins on the middle rack of my Ninja convection oven/air fryer, the brownies were ready to cool off. As pictured, the batter was already starting to crisp up on the edges and rise a bit at the 10min mark. The final product yields about 16-20 treats, depending on how big you divide up the pan. The brownies were just under 1" thickness and didn't rise up much after baking compared to the uncooked batter.[I saw that some ladies used glass bakeware which probably attribute to needing a longer bake time since the glass takes longer to heat up than a metal one. Also, if you use a smaller pan, your brownies will be thicker but will need to be baked for a few extra minutes.]Overall, the brownies are delicious and moist. They didn't rise up to be as thick as I would like but it's not a big deal. The brownies are definitely a very dark brown and not as appetizing as the ones photographed on the bag but I can assure you that it tastes yummy for any lady wanting a chocolate treat while working to increase their milk supply. It's only the first day of trying these brownies but I hope it supports my lactation like the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies did in my last review. Regardless, it's a delicious snack without too much guilt.Good Luck and Happy Breastfeeding!

Worked overnight/ or not update
I mostly breastfeed and notice my milk supply had drastically gone down to almost nothing and was desperate to bring it back up. I honestly didn’t think this would work after first trying “Mother’s milk tea” and seeing no results. Normally I’m able to pump 2-3oz of milk from each side. While I was making these I pumped from BOTH sides and was only able to get 2 oz.... I will say that while making these I thought I had messed them up because they were super thick and nothing like a regular brownie mix consistency but they came out fine. The next day my boobs weren’t exactly hard or feel very full like normally but when I pumped I was able to get 4 oz out of just one side! These are a bit pricey and will only buy these again if I see my milk supply go down drastically. But I do think they definitely work.Update:I bought another bag after trying different supplements that didn’t work. This second batch I made did nothing to my supply like the first batch. Not sure if maybe it was a bad batch or what but I basically was just eating really expensive brownies. Also the last time I didn’t have to eat a lot to get my supply to boost, this time I finished them in 5 days thinking I wasn’t eating enough and still saw no difference I feel like it actually just made it worse!
