More than just good recipes, a realistic way to prioritize health and self-care!
Sarah’s message of simplifying a healthy lifestyle based around and starting with eating real food is exactly what our culture of busyness needs. Fueling our bodies with real food is the answer to so many health problems and she offers a route that leaves little excuse for people not to follow. She shares realistic ways, tricks, routines, etc. with hopes that people can see healthy is DOABLE for ANYONE. She is also an advocate for self-care and holistic living in a relatable way. She doesn’t push perfection or diets or any of the toxic concepts we see on the daily—she pushes for living your best life and that starts with how we fuel the body. This book is packed with more than just amazing recipes, although there are so many of those I can’t wait to try. Highly recommend to everyone, whether you’re already a seasoned real food eater and especially if you are just starting on your journey to simply real eating!

Simple, quick and nourishing recipes!
I've followed Sarah on social media for a while now, and was so excited to get my hands on her second cookbook. Her recipes are simple, quick and most importantly, nourishing & tasty. I LOVE her philosophy on eating whole, real food. Eating healthy doesn't need to be so complicated or tied to crazy rules.If you want a way to simplify your kitchen game, this book is a great start! Sarah also includes some of her own personal philosophies and coaching tips to help you clear the clutter. I love her take on non-negotiables.Some favorite recipes I recommend so far:- Healthy pumpkin spice latte- Jam dots (sooo addictive)- Crustless chicken sausage & veggie pizza- Carrot noodle pad thaiI'm making the turkey sausage polenta bowls for friends tomorrow, and can't wait to try it out!

Your Go-To, Real-Food Cookbook
I was an instant fan of Sarah's from her first cookbook. Once again, Sarah has compiled a thoughtful cookbook for anyone who wants to cook real food using real ingredients...but doesn't have hours upon hours to slave away doing so in the kitchen. Sarah's signature style makes it easy - she gives you tips and tricks along the way, including many mentions of ingredient substitutions and ways to tweak the recipes to suit your individual taste. What's awesome about this cookbook is that she's also teaching you the lifestyle to go along with the recipes - so not only do you have a new repertoire of things to make but you're learning how to "keep it up" in your daily life so it's less about "eating healthy" and more about enjoying what you're eating and the process you take in getting there. Need additional encouragement/more ideas? Sarah's got a super-approachable blog, website, and more to help you. Sarah's like your best friend who knows how to do this right - and she's got your back and wants to help. If you're even sort of interested in eating healthier but not about making it super complicated, this cookbook won't disappoint.

Sarah Adler did it again!
I have Sarah Adler's first cookbook and I LOVE IT. One could think that there are only a limited number of healthy dishes that can be prepared simply and that taste good, but -SPOILER ALERT- Sarah Adler did it again! The new book has the same approach of the first one -simple recipes to make delightful food- AND more! What I really like about "Simply Real Eating" is that it's not just a cookbook, but a guide to create a healthy life style. Page after page, throughout the entire book, healthy rituals are interspersed into the mouthwatering recipes; little "tricks" that will help you listen to your body, organize your time and change your perspective about meals, because being healthy is not just about the food you eat. I'm looking forward to try every recipe and every ritual! If you are worried that the recipes of the first and the second cookbook are too similar, absolutely don't! "Simple Real Eating" is a totally different, but still very delicious, world. My personal journey toward health, which includes food as a source of joy and inspiration, has in large part been due to discovering Sarah's wonderful cookbook. I recommend them both to everybody!

Must-buy Gift for You & Yours!
I’d give it more stars if I could! Sarah is such a light. She’s very well versed in ways to keep healthy living easy. Her books (both) are accessible for people from ALL walks of life. I follow her on every platform possible to soak in as much as I can from her!Admittedly I pre-ordered her book in MAY and didn’t get it until November (happy birthday to me 🎁 ) and proceeded to order 4 more copies after it’s arrival, to gift to my family & friends. I’m planning to order more because my list just keeps growing. I live a pretty minimal lifestyle and believe all gifts should be useful. So for me to consider this for gifting is pretty special! It’s a fantastic gift - useful, delicious, pretty, and above all HEALTHY. You’ll be making the right choice if you gift it to someone you love :)Can’t wait for her to dive more into food for kiddos. Though I feed much of what we make from the book to our 10 month old too! Thanks Sarah <3

Simple, minimal real food ingredients, makes it easy to meal plan and start cooking!
I LOVE this cookbook and everything about Sarah's mindset and philosophy around living an intentional, healthy life! I've never been one to meal prep and cook but with the help of this book I just made something from the cookbook 5 nights in a row. I love her quote in the book "You have to eat every day, don't let it surprise you" and the rituals, mindsets and simple things you can do to make your life easier and healthier. The recipes are so simple and delicious and I love that they contain minimal REAL FOOD ingredients. Thanks Sarah, you've inspired me to shift in many ways!

Beautiful cookbook!
So far I love this cookbook! The recipes are simple and easy, ingredients are easy to find! I have made a couple of the recipes and they’ve turned out great so far. The pictures and the layout is beautiful! I would have liked less drink recipes and more hearty dinner recipes, that is why I gave it four stars.
