Well worth the money and easy to use
I used this coating on a rubber roof that was beginning to leak. I ended up putting on 4 coats and letting in dry until it was barely tacky. It was put on in late spring and it went through heavy rains, high winds, and snow and ice with temps ranging between 95 and -15. After 10 months there have been no leaks and it still looks as good as when I put it on.I highly recommend this product as it’s easy to use and seems to hold up well so far. If I get the 10 years out of it that it claims then it’s well worth the price and effort to put it on.

Okay product. Takes about 4 coats to cover adequately.
Very thick rubber like 'paint' Rolls on okay. I guess I'll have to wait and see how well it holds up.

Best thing if you don’t want to replace a metal roof.
Color was right on it. Easy to use.

This product works great for sealing my pool skimmer
I was fit to be tied. Te throat of pool skimmers will develop a leak where the faceplate meets the pool wall. After trying some pool products I decided to try your liquid rubber. Because it came in so many colors I could select a color in my case green to match the jade color of the pool. We applied 5 coats of liquid rubber allowing 24 cure time between coats. We are now in year 3 and no leaks around the faceplate. I couldn’t be happier. I know this is an off label use. But it works

Great product for metal roofs
I have standing seam metal roof buildings on my property that date back 180 years. Terne metal consists of Iron sheets dipped in hol solder to prevent corrosion. The metal is remarkably durable, but it does need to be scraped and painted. The metal expands and contracts with temperature, but the paint does not. This rubber coating went on great, after scraping the old. Becuase it stretches, i expect it to last a long while. Of course time will tell, but I feel confident this product sill eendure. Sooner or lzter, sunlight will crosss-link the rubber..

Great product
I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had.The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up.I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use.

WARNING: REQUIRES EXPENSIVE PRIMER
I ordered this to waterproof around my foundation to make sure that water wasn't making its way into my walls (which were built too close to grade, unfortunately for me). Unfortunately, this REQUIRES (according to the instructions) their primer in addition to the sealant. The primer is even more expensive than the sealant itself. So I'm returning this without having even opened it. I went with Dri-Lok, which is available at Lowes for much less and doesn't require a separate primer.
