I mess with a lot of scanners and they are a great value perfect fit sometimes I'll buy scanners with no antenna and I like to have these Handy plug and play

Decent for the price
These telescoping antennas work well on my Bearcat scanner. The build quality is shoddy and they will probably break very easily, the screw joint is very loose and can’t be tightened further so the antenna flops around but I just put a spot of solder on there and now it’s fixed in place.It seems to pickup better than the OEM ‘rubber ducky’ antenna and being able to adjust the length also seems to help with tuning at certain frequencies but I haven’t done a proper comparison so I don’t have real proof of that aspect.All in all they are fine for the price point and they met my expectations.

It’s OK.
It does work as a back of set scanner antenna but I think that it’s too loose on the part that is supposed to swiveland needs to be held in position somehow
