Easy to put on and use. Works very well at keeping dirt out.

Minor airflow but saves a lot of frustration and cleaning! The mesh does a really good job. Actually tan it for several sessions and the inside of the mesh was clean still. It definitely holds heat though even with fans I got about 10 minutes before it overheated. This is with 100+ temps in Arizona so it was expected. Without the mesh I got about 14-16 minutes in the same weather and running it non stop full throttle around baseball fields. Took about 5 minutes to put the double sided tape on which is pretty strong. Thought I was going to have to glue it but it’s tough stuff.

Keeps dirt grass and other stuff out of the battery/motor compartment. Great inexpensive way to prolong the internals of your rc car

It does great job at keeping debris out of the chassis BUT...My motor temps rose significantly with these covers on. Even with outdoor temps in the low 30's, my stock geared, RC went into stage 1 thermal protection and it never did prior to adding these covers. So I'm at a toss up whether to use these or not. I added a dual fans to help reduce temps getting too high - hopefully this will keeps temps down with the cover on. The back of the cover also rubs against the rear shocks, but it does not hinder performance of shocks or the dust cover. The supplied velcro was okay - decided to use heavier duty velcro instead.

the zippers could be stronger

Fits very well for traxxas Rustler 4x4 vxl 3s.....with some modifications to the Velcro it fits perfect...I cut smaller strips and trimmed a little on both front and rear sections of body to better follow lines without excess sticking to under body. Works great keeping snow build up and most small dirt particles. I ran 3 batteries (3s Lipo) through snow and mud and it was clean under the dust protector. Great product so far will see how it holds up over time!

It worked fine until the mere 5th time i unzipped it to unleash the nuclear levels of heat buildup.The zipper will not close the bag anymore so I guess I gotta wait 2+ weeks for the obviously less crappy one from Dusty Motors which isn't sold here.
